After several years of clunkyness (not sure if that's a word), It was bound to happen.
I bought a new computer (read faster) with a nice big LCD screen !

Now I hear you going "What the hell do I care?", but as I am able to play FFXI on higher settings now, this means I'll be able to produce more quality screenshots for my weblog (?)

Just click the following screenshot, it's amazing how much more details I can see now without the game slowing down at all /hurray

Installing FFXI on my new computer almost took me two days as the updating process alone had to run for 9 hours. It gives you a good idea of how much content SE changed/added since the release of the game. Since I still didn't receive my copy of the new expansion yet (Belgian customs must be investigating my package very thoroughly), I am back to playing FFXI un-datted for the moment being

Anyway, I am happy ! 

I'll be changing joblocation within two weeks,
so I am currently working double-time (my usual work @1 + trainingsessions @2),
therefore I haven't been able to play ffxi much, stand alone update this weblog.

Fortunately this all is really temporary (as usual)…

I'll be updating again as soon as work lets me,
in the meantime please forgive me for the lack of posts

I know I haven't updated in a while,
but things have been extremely busy

I intended to post a few more things before I'd leave for Barcelona,
but chances became very slim that I'll be able to do that
since I still have a lot to take care of before my departure

That's right, I am heading to Olé olé Espagna olé
for about a olé week olé olé !
I am really excited, since it's my first visit to Spain ever
(of course not counting Lanzarote-party-island)

and don't worry, I have my Digital photcamera already packed,
so you can expect some "sightseeing" pictures when I get back
