Well everyone is doing it,
so I see no reason why I shouldn't follow the mass
and since I still had a chocobo egg lying around from that Pukkie ISNM,
I really couldn't find any reason why not just to trade it to Choco-boy in Sand'Oria.

After some cutscenes and some fancy Blah Blah explaining what chocobo raising is all about
(as if it isn't obvious), he promised me too look after my egg (still not sure what he means by that).
I also discoverd some NPC-child near him that gives detailed <information> about the costly
and time-consuming things you can do with your chocobo during the raising process.

I was told that it will take aproximately a REAL LIFE MONTH to get the chocobo to its mature riding stage and that until this final stage is reached, the chocobo will need constant attention and care.

I am not yet sure how to interpret all of this, but for now it all still sounds pretty dirrrty to me…

However,Since I at least wanted to make a good start, I took no chances and immediately
bought some exclusive Luminae-Lamp at Al Zahbi's local hardware retailer…

It was time to take a look at the newly added ToAU missions

Seeing all these magnificent cutscenes about Corsairs,
I am really getting more and more convinced to start leveling that job !

With the addition of the new abilities through the meritsystem,
even I couldn't resist the meritcraze~

Needless to say that most of the meriting took place in the new TAU expansion areas.
What I noticed is that everyone is so keen on getting so many merits as fast as possible
that people tend to forget this game was meant to have fun and relaxation.

I also wonder how many people took some time to enjoy the beauty of the scenery and
surroundings in the new added areas. You can definitely see that SE really took some time in designing these areas.

I discovered these owls in Mamook, they weren't just sitting there,
they were actually communicating with each other and cleaning their feathers

Lovely !

A few meritpoints later, I decided to put one in Ninja Tool Expertise,
(I just like to have as much job traits as possible
and if it makes me save tools from time to time, hell why not? )

Call me a whining perfectionist, but I find it a little annoying
to see my new job trait highlighted like this:

I know I haven't updated in a while,
but things have been extremely busy

I intended to post a few more things before I'd leave for Barcelona,
but chances became very slim that I'll be able to do that
since I still have a lot to take care of before my departure

That's right, I am heading to Olé olé Espagna olé
for about a olé week olé olé !
I am really excited, since it's my first visit to Spain ever
(of course not counting Lanzarote-party-island)

and don't worry, I have my Digital photcamera already packed,
so you can expect some "sightseeing" pictures when I get back
